Paula recently joined Shields Design after more than 17 years as Office Manager for an architectural/engineering firm. She is responsible for the financial and administrative activities of the company, including reporting, budgets, information systems and human resources. Her thorough knowledge of accounting skills, as well as being computer literate in Excel spreadsheets, enables her to handle all bookkeeping and administrative duties at Shields Design, including payroll, health insurance, accounts payable, lease agreements and year-end reports, as well as all other fiscal policies pertaining to the everyday business of the company.
